Haith’s Bird Food is a leading manufacturer of premium bird food products. We are currently seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in Louth, Lincolnshire when we relocate in March.

Job Title: Bird Food Champion

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and dispatch orders for Mail Order & Trade
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow established production processes and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Other duties as assigned by management to meet the needs of the business

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fork and/or reach Truck Trained an advantage (but not essential)
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy bags of bird food
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work additional hours (when required) to meet the hours of the business
