    Choose Store Pickup as the delivery method at checkout and complete your payment.

    Wait for confirmation

    Please do not travel until you receive our email confirming that the order is ready. Check your spam or junk folder if necessary.

No delivery charge is applied when Store Pickup is selected as the delivery method at checkout.

Can I place my collection order by telephone?

Yes. Call Haith’s on 01507 311709 if you would prefer to order by telephone.

Collection is available Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Park in the designated customer area and come to the Haith’s shop or reception. Tell a member of the team that you have a Click & Collect order and provide the order name.

Yes. Ask a member of the team if you need help carrying your order to your vehicle.
