Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, can be despatched the same day to England, Wales, Southern Scotland and the east coast of Scotland.
Same-day despatch is available Monday to Friday and is subject to stock availability.
Despatch is not the same as delivery. Carrier collection, destination and circumstances outside our control can affect arrival times.

How do I qualify for free UK mainland delivery?
The product value of your order must reach £35. Delivery charges do not count towards the threshold. Regional exclusions and different thresholds apply.
Does free delivery include the Scottish Highlands?
Scottish Highlands and Islands addresses have a separate free-delivery threshold of £50. Orders below £50 cost £15 for the first 30kg, then £2.50 for every additional 30.01kg.
Will my order be despatched on the same day?
Qualifying orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday can be despatched on the same day, subject to stock availability and destination.
Can you deliver more than 40kg to Northern Ireland?
The normal maximum is 40kg per order. Please contact Customer Services for heavier orders because additional arrangements and charges apply. Northern Ireland deliveries must be made to a residential address.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Haith’s uses Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. The carrier selected can depend on the parcel, weight and delivery destination.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from the Haith’s Bird Food Centre in Lincolnshire. Visit the Click & Collect page for current collection information.
