03Why We Use Your Information and Our Lawful Bases

UK data-protection law requires us to have a lawful basis whenever we use personal information. Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following:

We may also use personal information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information.

06How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements.

Where the law permits us to contact an existing customer about similar products or services, every electronic message will provide a straightforward way to opt out. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in any marketing email. To change other communication preferences, email enquiries@haiths.com, call 0800 298 7054, or write to Customer Services.
