I don't know exactly what seeds there are in this mix, but the ones that look like white sunflower seeds are a waste of money. They, along with millet seeds are left uneaten. I have found that no matter which mix I try, these two types of seed are just there to bulk up the weight and nothing else

I buy this regularly from Haiths and it never lasts long in the garden! Just about everything seems to like it, even now the feral pigeons and woodpigeons who have learnt how to balance on the side of seed feeders! I will be back for more!
