How will the recipient receive the gift card?
When you use the “send this as a gift” option, the digital gift card is sent to the recipient email address entered with the order.
Can I choose when it is sent?
Yes. Use the optional “Send on” field above if you would like the digital gift card delivered on a future date.
Where can the gift card be used?
The gift card is for online purchases at Haiths.com. It is not a physical voucher sent through the post.
When does the gift card expire?
Haith’s digital gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
What if I enter the wrong email address?
Contact Customer Services as soon as possible on 0800 298 7054 or at enquiries@haiths.com, quoting your order details.
What should I do if the gift card does not arrive?
Ask the recipient to check their junk or spam folder first. If it is not there, contact Customer Services and we will look into it.

Very disappointed. Probably not Haith's fault, but these fat balls, which come from Westland Horticulture, are not well packed. I should have had 60, but those at the bottom of the box were smashed to pieces. I reckon I lost about a dozen.

Very popular with the birds. They can’t get enough of them. Highly recommended. Only minus is that they break easily which means when they arrive by post/ courier several balls are broken. This can still be used but just the only problem with them.

Good quality and birds love them but 1 box arrived and most of the "balls" were in pieces. However next box were all whole - maybe just unlucky.

I can barely keep up with refilling my two fat ball containers. Both are squirrel proof but because the fat balls are disappearing so fast I wondered what was eating them. I hid and kept watch and indeed it is the song birds who are wolfing them down. Blue Tits, Great Tits, Chaffinches, Robins on the feeders and Blackbirds and Pheasants on the ground waiting for pieces to fall. I am having to refill my feeders twice a day because they are empty withing 2 hours of filling up. I have never seen anything like it. I assume the birds must be taking some home for their babies too.

We have a good few blue and great tits come into our garden and they love these fat balls as do our pair of Robins. I occasionally put one out for the squirrels and our mummy squirrel loves them.

I put some of these in with some different ones I had bought from elsewhere, and they disappeared very quickly leaving the previous ones, which I thought werent popular! The Long Tailed Tits love these, and I have up to 12 of them on the two fatball feeders I have in the garden.

The birds just love these. As an experiment I put 2 extra goodness and 2 suet fat balls in the feeder to see if they would notice the difference. They did!
The extra goodness were gone by the end of the day.

I have no idea what these taste like but the birds love them 😅. There are always bits in the bottom of the box, which I put out for ground feeders, but I still get the full quota of suet balls. I, or should I say the birds, would certainly recommend them.

A third of the balls were crushed and mashed and I had to use them as ground feed. On the other hand the birds love them either way. Very disappointing though.

Most of the suet balls had disintegrated into crumble by the time they arrived with me ; disappointed when paying for fat balls , although used as ground feed this was not the intended use. Second box much the same as the first will send photo's by email to con firm.

Jackdaws and Starlings of The Green at Bardney consider these excellent! I restrict them to a couple per day, otherwise they would scoff the lot in a day or two! Young birds quickly learn how to deal with fat feeders, and their messy eating benefits their ground-feeding neighbours too. The fat balls have been much appreciated by a young jackdaw who appeared to have left the nest prematurely and seemed a bit "lost, "immature in behaviour and plumage. Seemingly no parental care. It quickly got the message and may well have survived thanks to this easy-to-peck food.

CANNOT KEEP UP WITH DEMAND, NO SOONER PUT OUT, THEY ARE GONE. VERY POPULAR WITH ROBINS, BLUE ****, GREAT ****, COAL ****, LONGTAIL ****, WILLOW ****, DUNNOCK, AND ANNOYINGLY, MAGPIE AND JACKDAWS!!! THE BLUE **** ESPECIALLY LIKE THEM MOST OF WHICH ARE YOUNGSTERS AND CAN HAVE 7 AT ANY ONE TIME.

These are so popular that they will eat 4 per day if I put them out. With the baby birds below the feeder the chaffinches spend all day eating them and the woodpeckers swoop in for a quick feed too.
