Parrot Food Mix – Colourful, Enriching & Packed with Natural Goodness
Give your parrots the nutrition and enrichment they crave with our Parrot Food Mix – a vibrant blend designed for variety, energy, and beak-friendly foraging.
What’s inside? This hearty mix features:
- Small Sunflower seeds – rich in healthy fats and a favourite for cracking and snacking.
- Monkey nut (in shells) – a source of high-energy protein that stimulates natural foraging.
- Dried chillies – packed with natural vitamin C and antioxidants.
- Pumpkin seeds – a powerhouse of minerals, including zinc and magnesium.
- Flaked maize fragments – add crunch and energy without heaviness.
Natural colour variation - Some sunflower seeds may appear slightly brown. This is a natural variation caused by the outer shell drying and maturing after harvest, and does not affect quality.
Why it works: Parrots thrive on variety. This mix is crafted to meet their nutritional needs and support mental stimulation and natural foraging behaviours. Including shell-on ingredients encourages activity and beak health, while the mix's vibrant texture helps replicate their instinctive feeding experience.
Ideal for: African Greys, Amazons, Macaws, Conures, and most medium-to-large parrot species in aviary or home settings.
This is a supplementary diet - to supplement a balanced diet, which includes offering fresh fruit and vegetables.

I add this to parakeet mix for my larger parakeets, roughly 25% parrot mix to 75% parakeet, very little waste if any

"I found this parrot mix to be of a very good quality and there is a good equal mix of seeds and peppers. it is very clean and dust free, my senagal parrot wont eat the stuff i could get from the pet shops .( it seems to be dusty) and she can deffinately tell the differance.the price seems good value too. "
