How will the recipient receive the gift card?
When you use the “send this as a gift” option, the digital gift card is sent to the recipient email address entered with the order.
Can I choose when it is sent?
Yes. Use the optional “Send on” field above if you would like the digital gift card delivered on a future date.
Where can the gift card be used?
The gift card is for online purchases at Haiths.com. It is not a physical voucher sent through the post.
When does the gift card expire?
Haith’s digital gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
What if I enter the wrong email address?
Contact Customer Services as soon as possible on 0800 298 7054 or at enquiries@haiths.com, quoting your order details.
What should I do if the gift card does not arrive?

The composition of this changed but it was not flagged up as new. The mix is sticky and not very appealing and our African Grey is tipping most of it on the floor of his cage. Not impressed

When you own 3 parrots it is usefully if they all eat the same food. After numerous tries with different feeds and my parrots refusing everything except sunflower seeds i came across this fruit and nut. Pleased to say that they are still eating this after 18 years (minus the dried sweetcorn). The mix is great, the quality is good. I have only ever had one problem with a batch, and this was swifly replace on sending photos. My eclectus and orange winged amazon are all well. I have not used any vitamin additives, bu they do enjoy a good chinese, sunday roast and the odd treat!

"Great mix of fruit and nuts, the only downfall i have is that there's far two much dried bananas, as my Umbrella Cockatoo or my African Grey do not eat them, they are wasted, apart from that i am very pleased with the product."

"Great product with variety the only one my Eclectus' parrots will eat however the female leaves all the corn. She's not keen on the bananas but this is not a problem as my amazon will sneak into her cage to eat them when she is not looking! his favourite. Only problem I have is storage with the occasional infiltration moths and one episode of weevils. Despite trying numerous different pest proof pet storage bins the only solution seems to be, buy smaller bags and encase the food in really thick clear rubble sacks sealed with a clip fastener inside the bins. This has worked so far but adds �20 to my order."
